Bank of the James Names Thomas Rea President of Bank's Shenandoah Valley Office

10-Year Banking Veteran to Lead Expansion Efforts in Harrisonburg


LYNCHBURG, VA--(Marketwired - Apr 27, 2015) - Thomas D. Rea has joined Bank of the James (NASDAQ: BOTJ) as President of the bank's Shenandoah Valley office. He assumed this position on April 15, 2015.

Mr. Rea joins Bank of the James with ten years of banking experience. Most recently he was associated with First Bank & Trust in Harrisonburg where he served as Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager for the Harrisonburg market.

Mr. Rea received a Master in Business Administration from James Madison University in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
