Bank-Ordered Auction to Offer Hundreds of Properties, Some Absolute

ROGERS, AR--(Marketwire - May 9, 2011) - At a bank-ordered event on May 24, hundreds of properties will be offered at a real estate auction in Rogers, Ark. The auction, which includes bank-owned properties from 24 Arkansas cities, will be conducted by J. P. King Auction Company, the nation's leading real estate auction marketing firm.

The properties include single-family homes, commercial buildings, development properties as well as commercial and residential lots and land. Two convenience stores and waterfront lots are included in the portfolio, where some properties will sell absolute with no minimums and no reserves.
