BankWest Selects Omniture to Drive Online Customer Banking Services

BankWest Enhances Their Online Banking Services to Increase Customer Conversion

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - March 17, 2008) - Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced that BankWest (Bank of Western Australia) -- one of Australia's leading banking and financial services organizations -- has selected Omniture SiteCatalyst® to measure visitor response to Web site promotions and content. Using Omniture Web analytics, BankWest is able to see how its online campaigns and promotions resonate with Web site visitors in real time, allowing the company to not only provide a relevant experience for its customers, but at the same time, to streamline its marketing initiatives and increase conversion through banking product applications and downloads.

"Solutions we've used in the past have only provided basic traffic statistics; Omniture consolidates these analytics into a single, comprehensive dashboard that provides answers to our most pressing questions," said Dean Lockwood, acting head of retail eCommerce at BankWest. "For example, SiteCatalyst allows us to understand how our new customer acquisition strategies are performing, as well as see how effectively our Web site content is engaging our audience once visitors arrive on our site. Because this online performance information is available in real-time reporting, we can easily analyze traffic and make immediate adjustments to site content and targeted marketing campaigns."

With Omniture, BankWest optimizes its online marketing campaigns by developing a better understanding of visitors' pathing and click patterns and how customers utilize various site tools. With this information, BankWest can better ensure that each element of its site -- from campaigns to navigation and more -- is interacting effectively with its audience.

"Banking institutions are making more and more of their products and services available online, so it's critical that these organizations are keenly aware of their customers' needs and interests and present content and offerings accordingly," said Chris Harrington, president of worldwide sales and client services at Omniture. "Omniture allows companies to cater to their target audiences' specific interests -- helping increase ROI while improving the online customer experience."
