Banquet Manager Rounds Out Riverhouse Executive Team

HADDAM, CT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- In final preparation for the May grand opening of The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station in Haddam, Connecticut, General Manager Jim Bucko has announced the appointment of Robin Euglow as the center's Banquet Manager. Ms. Euglow, a Bristol resident with two decades of operational banquet experience, rounds out the executive staff of the Riverhouse, an all-new, 20,000-square-foot reception center situated on a secluded ridge atop the banks of the Connecticut River.

Responsible for day-to-day operations and for overseeing all Riverhouse events, Ms. Euglow previously served as banquet manager at Avon Farms Hotel, as Catering Sales Coordinator at the Quality Inn in Bristol, and as Director of Banquet Sales for such corporations as the America's Cup. Her credentials also include coordination of all food and beverage functions for the Winter Special Olympics, as well as supervision of numerous ESPN promotional dinners.

"Robin Euglow comes to the Riverhouse with a strong history of operational banquet management," said Jim Bucko. "She is expertly qualified to assure both our wedding reception and business guests the level of quality that only a well-seasoned professional can offer. We're very proud to have Robin on board." Ms. Euglow added, "I'm very excited to join the exceptional management team at the Riverhouse. Not only is this a beautiful facility, it's clearly one where every detail for every event is carefully thought out."

Confirmed bookings for wedding receptions, corporate meetings and other social events through 2008 are exceeding Riverhouse forecasts. "But choice dates are still available," says Bucko. "We're well prepared to host events for as many as 350 guests, and also to cater more intimate daytime affairs. On-site visitors are welcome, by appointment, to our reception center at Bridge Road.
