Barry Gilbert and Ross Ortega Join Experticity Board of Advisors

Retail Merchandising and Technology Experts Bring Wealth of Industry Experience to Pioneering Retail Technology Provider

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - June 30, 2008) - Experticity, the pioneering provider of video-assisted customer support solutions, today announced that Barry Gilbert, CEO of MDK Motorsports, and Ross Ortega, Principal Lead Program Manager for High Speed Networking at Microsoft, have joined Experticity's Board of Advisors. Together with Alex Richardson, a managing director of Selling Machines Partners and former President of the Self Service & Kiosk Association, the Experticity Board of Advisors provides strategic guidance and tactical recommendations to the company's executive management team as it executes on growing momentum and pursues key business milestones.

With more than 30 years experience managing a broad range of retail merchandise categories, Barry Gilbert brings broad operational experience and specific retail expertise to the Experticity Board of Advisors. Currently, Mr. Gilbert is the CEO of MDK Motorsports, the fastest growing aggregator in the motorsports industry. Prior to joining MDK, Mr. Gilbert served as CEO of luxury garden products retailer Smith & Hawken where he returned the company to profitability and in 2004 negotiated its sale to Scotts Fertilizer Company. Mr. Gilbert also served as the Vice Chairman of The Sharper Image where he oversaw the company's return to profitability in 1998 and led the company to quadruple its stock price in three years. Mr. Gilbert is a graduate of University of California Haas School of Business as well as the U.C. Berkeley undergraduate program.

Joining Mr. Gilbert on the Experticity Board of Advisors is Ross Ortega, who is currently the Principal Lead Program Manager for High Speed Networking at Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Ortega was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Hidden City Games where he helped the company raise $15M and ran their web site in 18 countries and 13 languages. Mr. Ortega had previously served as President/CTO at GraniteEdge Networks, an enterprise network security start-up. Mr. Ortega holds M.S and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from MIT.
