Oversubscribed Private Placement Of $325,000

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 16, 2005) - The Board
of Directors of Battery & Wireless Solutions Inc. (the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:BWS) is pleased to announce that effective March 10, 2005, the
Company has closed a private placement and received regulatory approval
to same for a financing in the aggregate sum of $325,000 completed at a
deemed price of $0.18 per share. There was no warrant attached to the
financing. A finder's fee in the aggregate amount of $23,625 was paid to
Terry Dempsey and Richard Granholm. The total number of shares issued
pursuant to the financing will be 1,805,555.

Management thanks the subscribers for their support of the Company
during this exciting growth phase.

The Directors also wish to announce a further private placement in the
aggregate sum of $250,000 at a price of $0.25 per share with a full
warrant per share resulting in the issuance of 1,000,000 shares
initially and a further 1,000,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.28
per share.

A finder's fee will be paid at the rate of 7% of the gross financing
proceeds subject to regulatory approval. The fee will be paid in cash
and shares. Shares issued pursuant to this fee will be paid at a price
of $0.25 per share.
