Bayshore Petroleum Corp Announces Annual General Meeting Date

Bayshore Petroleum Corp. ("Bayshore" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BSH) shall hold an Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on October 24, 2014, at the Company's head office in Calgary, Alberta. This meeting shall report on and deal with Bayshore's current business. The meeting agenda shall include the election of directors, approval of the stock option plan and other common items, and shall present the annual audited financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the twelve month period ending December 31, 2012 and the twelve month period ending December 31, 2013. The Company did not hold an AGM in 2013, and has thus obtained a Court Order enabling the Company to extend the time for holding an AGM past the statutory deadline of 15 months from the prior year's AGM. The record date for the October 24, 2014 AGM is September 24, 2014.
