BaySys West Successfully Redelivers Major BBJ Interior Refurbishment With State-of-the-Art Innovations

SAN BERNARDINO, CA--(Marketwire - July 1, 2008) - BaySys West has just redelivered a BBJ with major interior refurbishment and numerous systems installations and upgrades to a high visibility US-based client.

BaySys was awarded FAA STC ST02124LA for multiple interior modifications and upgrades, which included:

--  Installation of new state-of-the-art all digital CCC IFE/CMS system
    which includes Blu-ray technology, all new HD LCD monitors, DVD, AVOD, XM
    Radio, Direct TV, RF remotes, IPOD/MP3 interface, Digital Surround Sound,
    and HDMI capable aux ports
--  Installation of completely new thermal acoustic package to
    significantly reduce cabin noise levels to lowest of any BBJ in service
--  Interior "re-rag" of all soft surfaces including carpet, seating,
    sidewall and ceiling panels
--  Installation of new LED cabin lighting system
--  Modifications to galley and mid cabin monument/cabinetry
--  Installation of Tailwind 550 SATCOM antenna for Direct TV
--  Installation of Iridium SATCOM antennas
--  Upgrade of existing AeroH SATCOM to Honeywell MCS 7200
--  Installation of new Aerocom 3000 cabin interphone system
--  Accomplishment of SFAR88 auxiliary fuel tank modifications compliance
--  Accomplishment of Lower Cabin Altitude (LCA) Master Change
--  Accomplishment of Boeing "eyebrow" window Master Change

This program marks the thirteenth BaySys West completion in the last year. Other VIP transport aircraft programs included interior refurbishments, paint completion, and heavy and light maintenance inspections for multiple 737's, 747SP, 727, 777, and 767 aircraft under FAA 145 Repair Station Y2WR97Y.

BaySys West, located at the San Bernardino International Airport, includes approximately 400,000 sq ft of hangar, backshop, and office space to accomplish narrow and wide body interior upgrades, modifications, and completions. BaySys' recent expansion facilitates potential availability of input slots to accomplish short-term interior reconfiguration, refurbishment, and modification programs as well as maintenance inspections.
