This highly anticipated event will see Timothy Keiningham, co-author of New York Times bestseller The Wallet Allocation Rule, examine and explain his innovative approach to winning customers' hearts, minds and wallets. Moreover, he will show the audience how the application of this approach makes it easy to identify and act on growth opportunities.

The presentation and Q&A session will address:

  • How to apply the Wallet Allocation Rule to discover what really drives customer spending

  • How to uncover new metrics that really matter to achieve growth

  • Why measuring satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores does not directly correlate to improving customer loyalty

"Tim is a leader in his field and a well-respected visionary. We are excited to be able to bring in someone of his caliber and give our audience the knowledge, insights and confidence that they need to be successful."
