BCGold Corp. Announces Flow-Through Financing To Raise $1,277,500

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2007) - BCGold Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BCG) announces that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of 2,555,000 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of $0.50 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,277,500. Each Unit is comprised of one flow-through common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to purchase one non-flow-through common share in the capital of the Company for two years from the date of issue at a price of $0.75 per share during the first year and $1.00 per share during the second year.

Finders' fees may be payable in connection with all, or a portion of, the private placement.

The offering is subject to certain conditions, including the receipt of requisite regulatory approvals. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offerings for exploration activities on its British Columbia properties.
