BDC Capital, Inc. Announces Personnel Changes


MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 28, 2007 -- BDC Capital, Inc. (OTCBB: BDCN) today announced that David R. Pomije has resigned as its chief executive officer, effectively immediately, to pursue private business interests.

Richard Pomije, BDC Capital founder and chairman, has resumed the additional role of chief executive officer.

The company also said that Pierce McNally has rejoined its board, effective March 26, 2007. McNally has extensive experience with small-cap, publicly traded companies and private startup and emerging companies. An attorney and experienced investment and merchant banker, McNally has been active with start-up and small-cap growth companies in a variety of industries as a banker, investor, adviser, officer and director. Currently, he serves as director of several NASDAQ-listed and privately held companies throughout the United States and as a director of Rainy River Resources, Inc., a Minneapolis-based private investment company.

Long active in the Twin Cities civic and arts communities, he and his wife have lived in the Minneapolis area since 1978. He is a 1971 graduate of Stanford University and a 1978 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.
