(OTCQB: JALA), a manufacturer and marketer of Greek frozen yogurt under the Jala brand, announced the extension of the date on which the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock would automatically convert into such number of fully paid and non-assessable shares of Common Stock as will cause the holders to own, along with other securities of the Company beneficially owned on the conversion date by them, 13.334% of the issued and outstanding Common Stock of the Company to such date as determined by the Board of Directors. All of the holders of the Company's Series B Share voted unanimously to approve the Amendment.
This capital structure amendment and extension further aligns management with Common Shareholders. The Company is well-positioned with its recent capital raise and continues to ready all aspects of its business from packaging and design to distribution and placement.
