Beartooth Platinum Appoints Cavalcanti Hume Funfer As Investor Relations Counsel

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - July 26, 2005) - Beartooth Platinum Corporation (TSX VENTURE:BTP) today announced that it has selected Cavalcanti Hume Funfer Inc. (CHF Investor Relations), of Toronto and Calgary, as the Company's investor relations counsel. The investor relations program will focus on shareholder communications and building Beartooth an active following of investment specialists across Canada.

Beartooth President and CEO, Michael D. Johnson said: "With significant progress being made on our exploration program of the highly prospective platinum-palladium property in the Stillwater Complex, it is a critical time for Beartooth to concentrate its communication effort towards the investment community. With CHF Investor Relations engaging in professional and proactive investor communications, the Beartooth story will progressively be told to knowledgeable resource-focused investment professionals across Canada."

Commencing July 15, 2005, CHF will provide investor relations services for an initial period that will run for six months ending January 15, 2006. Thereafter, cancellation by either party requires three months' notice. Investor relations services will require a monthly fee of $5,000 plus disbursements. The contract will also include incentive stock options of 500,000 shares priced at a premium to the market at $0.10, subject to Board approval, exchange approval and vesting rules of the exchange.

Beartooth controls 809 unpatented lode mineral claims over the exposed 50 kilometre strike length of the Stillwater Complex.
