SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - May 2, 2013) - Barona Resort & Casino is shaking up Mondays with the $200,000 Barona Lottery, weekly bingo-style lottery drawings scheduled throughout May. Club Barona members will have multiple chances to win cash prizes, including a jackpot starting at $20,000 which increases $10,000 each time it's not hit. The promotion will kick off on May 1 and drawings will be held on Monday, May 6, 13 & 20 at 4pm & 8pm.

Eligible Club Barona members will have the option to personally select numbers at promotional kiosks to make randomly selected quick picks for their shot at the jackpot. At each drawing, a bingo-style hopper will be present on stage to randomly draw four individually numbered balls. Players matching at least two numbers will win cash prizes up to $50, while those with all four identical numbers will claim the jackpot.

Details of the Barona Lottery:

• Club Barona members must earn 250 myPOINTS that day to qualify for the Lottery.
• Once qualified, players are eligible for either the 4 p.m. or 8 p.m. drawings.
• Players must match all four numbers on a single ticket to win the jackpot.
• The jackpot will begin at $20,000 and will be split in the event of a tie.
• If a jackpot is not won, it will increase by $10,000 and carry over to the next drawing.

To boost Club Barona members' odds of winning, for every Lottery ticket earned from May 1 until 7:45pm on May 20, players will also receive a virtual entry into the Second Chance Drawing. The Second Chance Drawing will take place at 9pm on May 20, where five winners will be drawn via virtual tumbler. Of the select five, those who arrive to the Hayloft Stage within two minutes will split the jackpot equally.
