Beaufield Announces Date of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MONTREAL, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - Jan. 23, 2015) - Beaufield Resources Inc. ("Beaufield" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BFD) announces that the annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") will be held at the offices of Lavery, de Billy, 1 Place Ville Marie, 40th Floor, Montreal, Quebec on Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.

For the Meeting, Beaufield shareholders are being asked to vote on the following matters:

1. To elect four directors for the ensuing year;
2. To appoint Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, L.L.P. as Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration;
3. To transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournments thereof.

Management has nominated the following four persons as directors of the Corporation: Pierre Colas, James C. Gervais, Jens E. Hansen and John MacLatchy.
