New Blogs Provide Readers With Continuously Updated Information on Florida Construction Law and Florida Estate & Tax Issues

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - October 6, 2010) -  Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. today announced the launch of two online forums, The Florida Construction Law Authority and The Florida Estate and Tax Blog. The new blogs are designed to keep readers current on the latest news and trends relating to their respective topic areas.

The Florida Construction Law Authority ( will provide updates on the latest issues in construction law including recent cases and legislative changes. Offering the opinions, insights and expertise of Board Certified construction attorneys Lee Weintraub, Tom Code, Sanjay Kurian and Aaron Pruss, the blog will help readers understand the impact of new cases on their construction projects and interpret the meaning of new laws.

The Florida Estate & Tax blog ( will keep readers up to date with the latest legal changes in estate planning law in addition to offering practical tips on proper estate planning, wealth preservation, probate protection and ways to minimize or even eliminate taxes. The blog is edited by attorneys Julie Ann Garber, who focuses on estate planning, and Andrew Berger, who handles tax, estate planning and probate matters.
