Becknell Industrial Expands Presence in Atlanta With Conyers Acquisition

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - March 09, 2015) - Becknell Industrial has completed the purchase of a distribution facility totaling 80,780 square feet in Conyers, Georgia. Located at 1133 Culpepper Drive, the property provides convenient access to Interstate 20 and is located just 20 miles east of Atlanta.

Built in 1988, and renovated in 2008, the property is situated on 8.3 acres and features 24' clear height, 10 loading docks and 2 drive-in doors. The property is currently 100 percent leased to two tenants. Southern Pipe & Supply, a privately owned company serving both trade professionals and homeowners with brand name plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, industrial, mechanical, water and sewage supplies, occupies 41,370 square feet. The remaining space is occupied by Precision Corr, a corrugated and specialty packaging company that develops, manufactures and implements innovative packaging solutions. 

Tom Shafer of CBRE represented the seller and was instrumental in the negotiation process.
