SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - Oct 21, 2013) - Aspiring tea aficionados will be gathering in beautiful Sydney in December to take part in the Tea Masters Association of Australia's Tea Mastery Certification Course™ for achieving the prestigious Certified Tea Master™ designation, the most respected title in the tea industry. The course is an intensive, hands-on, experiential training utilizing accelerated learning techniques developed by the Foundation for Inspired Learning. The two-part training includes an initial 3-Day Comprehensive Tea Mastery Course™ held on-site at the Holiday Inn Darling Harbour Hotel in Sydney, Dec. 11 - 13, 2013, from 9 am to 5 pm each day. The 14-Week Tea Mastery Tasting Course™ starts the following week involving home study, tasting and evaluating 38 different teas, and periodic online group conferences for sharing experiences and asking questions. The program is designed for and will benefit restaurant, hotel, and tea business owners and managers, chefs, sommeliers, tea lovers, industry suppliers, and others who wish to incorporate tea mastery knowledge and skills into their daily lives or current profession, as well as anyone seriously interested in a career as a tea master.

Registrants will experience some of the most exquisite loose-leaf teas from around the world. The training will also include sessions on: Health Benefits of Tea; Starting or Expanding a Tea Business; Effective Use of Social Media and Press Releases; Successful Web Site Development; Attracting and Retaining Customers; and Valuable Guest Service Skills.

The training will be led by Certified Tea MasterJo Leonard, Executive Director of the Tea Masters Association of Australia, who was trained and certified by Chas Kroll, Certified Tea Master™ and Executive Director, American Tea Masters Association. Leonard is a highly competent, knowledgeable trainer and has extensive experience in the tea industry. She is committed to making the event a memorable experience for everyone. 

Tuition for the complete program is AUD$2,975.
