B&Bs Offer Pump Relief for Travelers

AUSTIN, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 16, 2007 -- In time for Memorial Day, gasoline costs have reached another all-time high. According to the AAA, gas prices have exceeded $3.00 average, higher than the previous high in August 2006. members are again coming to the rescue, putting money where guests need it most -- in their gas tanks. Admiral Peary House, Fryeburg, ME: Gas cost $1.50 a gallon when the Admiral Peary House innkeepers started. Stay two nights, Sunday-Thursday through September, show your gas receipt, and receive a credit on your room rate equal to the difference between what gas costs today and the 2003 price, up to $30.
