BEEcube Signs MORPH/PRISM Product Licensing Agreement With L-3

FREMONT, CA--(Marketwire - November 14, 2008) - BEEcube Inc. and L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced a licensing agreement today that allows BEEcube to sell L-3's family of MORPH Products.

"BEEcube is a leader in reconfigurable computing platforms and we are pleased to work with them to expand into new markets," said Val Gavito, L-3 Integrated Systems Group Senior Vice President of Technology and Strategic Development. "We look forward to working closely with BEEcube, developing commercial opportunities for our MORPH and PRISM Products."

"We are pleased to be able to add L-3's MORPH and PRISM Products to our product portfolio. This co-operation is complementary to our existing offerings and leverages our design support expertise," said Tim Williams, BEEcube CEO. "This cooperation enables BEEcube to offer a broader set of solutions to our growing customer base."

MORPH stands for MetamOrphic Reconfigurable Processor Hardware and is a series of reconfigurable logic cards intended for high-end signal processing and input/output applications. Each MORPH card features a massive programmable logic array capable of between 5 and 30 million gates per card.

The MORPH product line also includes L-3's proprietary Packet Relay Interface Switch Matrix (PRISM) technology to significantly increase the speed of communication between Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) on a single card or within an array of MORPH cards. This allows a mesh of four cards to accommodate up to 120 million gates of logic processing power.

As part of the collaboration, L-3 and BEEcube will also collaborate on technical documentation and in other technical support areas.
