Beere Financial Group Inc. Discusses Business Model

WEST PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - September 5, 2007) - Beere Financial Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BRFG) is pursuing a multi-faceted growth plan. BRFG will continue to pursue growth through synergistic acquisitions, franchising or joint ventures of its core mission, operating businesses with market ready or market proven products with successful management teams in place. The corporate offices are located in West Palm Beach, FL.

Its eight-year-old subsidiary, Stead-fast Custom Lining LLC (SCL) operates installation and sales locations (stores) providing equipment, after market accessories and bed liners for light duty trucks and commercial vehicles. Its second division applies spray on protective coatings that can be applied as truck bed liners, concrete floor sealants, marine, architectural, landscaping and sports venues. Each division is developing a franchising model and will expand its company owned outlets to other states.

The current economic climate should lead to increased use of the company's products and services as the owners of vehicles, houses and commercial sites look to improve the longevity of their current assets as opposed to new purchases.

BRFG is currently identifying potential businesses to expand into that are automotive related. It has successfully sold all of its prior subsidiaries and substantially reduced its debt. This clarification of the business model has provided the Company significant opportunities for financing packages to meet its growth mission.
