Belgacom Selects Callidus Software for Sales Performance Management

(BRUX: BELG), the leading provider of communications services in Belgium, has selected the Callidus TrueComp® software to manage sales performance management and incentive compensation programs. Under the terms of the agreement, signed in the fourth quarter of 2006, Belgacom will use Callidus' TrueComp® Manager, Callidus TrueAnalytics™, TrueInformation® and TrueResolution® software modules for 6,900 sales representatives, dealers and agents in Belgium, to manage its sales incentive process, with a goal of ensuring the channel is operating at optimal efficiency, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
