Bell Terminates Option Agreements

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 21, 2008) - Bell Copper Corporation ("Bell Copper") (TSX VENTURE:BCU) announces that it has elected to terminate its option agreement on the Outland Silver Bar property located in North West British Columbia effective September 25, 2008. The Company also reports that based on a potential title issue on the Apacheta property in Chile, and future challenges this may present, it has elected to terminate its option on the project effective September 30, 2008.

Bell Copper is focused on the development to production of the La Balsa copper mine in Michoacan, Mexico & the Granduc copper mine in British Columbia, Canada while continuing exploration and development of its pipeline of copper projects in some of the world's premier copper producing regions.
