(TSX VENTURE:BEL) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions presented before the Company's shareholders today at its Annual and Special Meeting, including, without limitation, board membership, appointment of auditors, and a resolution to amend the articles of the Company with the result that outstanding preferred shares are converted into common shares of the Company (which resolution included granting discretion to the Board of Directors to decide when and if the Company shall so decide to amend its articles), received requisite approvals by shareholders of the Company. Elected as directors of the Company were Brian Hinchcliffe, Steven Cuthill and Michael Sutton.
