Baldyga has demonstrated critical strategic sales skills and the ability to achieve exceptional results at several high-growth technology companies. Most recently he was the Vice President of Outsourcing Solutions for Infosys Technologies Ltd. with global responsibilities for the management of large deal IT solutions. As CEO and President of RadixOne, he turned the IT solutions practice to profitability. Prior to that he was the Vice President of Global Solutions for Compuware's Professional Services and specialized in the business development and execution of large outsourcing engagements. Additionally, he has held a number of executive positions at Syntel Inc., and EDS. Baldyga obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Dunlap has proven abilities in building effective teams and has executive management experience in technology sales, marketing and operations. Most recently, Dunlap was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Intraware, Inc., an electronic software delivery and management services company. Also during his tenure with the company he served as their Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, as well as the Chief Operations Officer from 1998 - 2000. Prior to his executive leadership experience at Intraware, Dunlap held positions at leading technology companies such as PeopleSoft and Dataflex Corporation. Dunlap obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
