THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 21, 2014) - Benton Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BEX) ("Benton" or "the Company") announces that it will hold its Annual General and Special Meeting on Wednesday March 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m at its head office in Rosslyn, Ontario.
The Company further announces that 2,770,000 incentive stock options with an exercise price of $0.10 were granted to various officers, directors and consultants of the Company. These options will have a term of 5 years and are subject to regulatory approval.
