VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan. 27, 2015) - Benz Capital Corp. ("Benz" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BZ) is pleased to announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V") acceptance and will officially change its name to Benz Mining Corp. The name change was approved by the directors of the Company pursuant to the Articles of the Company.

Trading under the new name "Benz Mining Corp." will commence on the TSX-V at the opening of trading on January 28, 2015 under TSX-V symbol "BZ" (CUSIP: 08345Q109; ISIN: CA 08345Q1090).
