TrichoScience Innovations Inc. Purchased by Newcastle Resources

Berkley Resources Inc. announces that TrichoScience Innovations Inc. ("TrichoScience"), of which Berkley previously held 400,000 common shares, was purchased 100% by Newcastle Resources Ltd. (Newcastle). Under a corresponding Share Exchange Agreement between TrichoScience and Newcastle, Berkley's holdings were converted to 937,686 Newcastle shares.

Newcastle Changing Name to RepliCel Life Sciences

On May 4, 2011, Newcastle announced it is now doing business under the name RepliCel Life Sciences ("RepliCel") (OTCQB:NCSLF). RepliCel is developing a cell-based procedure for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia, also known as pattern baldness and general hair loss in men and women. The Company intends to formally change its legal name in due course.
