The company supplies over 10 million products to top retailers around the world. Berkshire Blanket also sells its products as a direct to consumer retailer through its online store. With a large number of products on offer and the constant need to bring new products to market, Berkshire Blanket needed a system to optimize its product development and quality management operations.
Prior to implementing CBX, Berkshire Blanket relied on tedious and repetitive manual processes and many spreadsheets to manage product development and order management. The company's management realized this has hampered their strategy to improve lead times and reduce costs.
