Better Biodiesel Signs Letter of Intent With Cardwell Distribution to Sell up to 15 Million Gallons Per Year: Cardwell Takes First Delivery of Better Biodiesel Fuel

SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 13, 2007 -- Ewire -- Better Biodiesel, Inc. (OTCBB: BBDS), a producer of biodiesel fuel employing proprietary biodiesel-production technology ("Better Biodiesel" or the "Company"), today announced that the Company has signed a letter of intent with Cardwell Distribution, Inc., a distributor of fuel products ("Cardwell").

Assuming successful completion and execution of a definitive agreement, Cardwell will have the right to purchase a minimum of 500,000 gallons of the Company's biodiesel production per year for three years, with an opportunity to increase its demand to 15 million gallons of Better Biodiesel's fuel per year.

In addition, Better Biodiesel announced that it completed an initial sale of ASTM-D6751-standard biodiesel fuel to Cardwell, which Cardwell received earlier this week.

Founded in 1964, Cardwell, based in Midvale, Utah, is a leading regional direct distributor of lubricants, motor fuels and fleet fueling services whose network reaches over 3,000 customers in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada.
