Better Than Ever: Rock the Earth Announces Dine Out for Earth Denver 3

Top Denver Chefs and Chef Charlie Ayers Star in Epic Epicurean Event at The Squeaky Bean

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Dec 21, 2015) - Rock the Earth, a national nonprofit environmental organization that works to protect America's natural resources, will be holding Dine Out for Earth Denver 3 at The Squeaky Bean in LoDo on Sunday, Jan. 24, from 6-9:30 p.m. Dine Out for Earth 3 features celebrity chef and Rock the Earth Advisory Board member Chef Charlie Ayers, as well as top Denver chefs Chef Troy Guard, TAG, Guard & Grace; Chef Justin Brunson, Old Major; Chef Amos Watts, Acorn; Chef Tom Coohill, Coohills; and Host-Chef Chris MacGillivray, The Squeaky Bean.

Chef Ayers is an ardent supporter of the environmental movement and a long-time music lover. He is credited with spearheading Google's legendary corporate cafeterias, and building out its sustainable dining program. Chef Ayers has been involved with Rock the Earth since 2006.

The chefs have put together an incredible six-course menu showcasing locally sourced products. The drinks will be local as well: brews from Great Divide Brewing Company, wines from Infinite Monkey Theorem and cocktails from Woody Creek Distillers.

"Since establishing the organization in Colorado in 2004, we have created events to help protect some of our most iconic landscapes that are in jeopardy," said Rock the Earth Founder Marc Ross. "Each year, the response from Denver's chefs for the Dine Out for Earth Denver events has been tremendous!"

This event would not be possible without the generous support of Johnson & Wales University and Elevation Cycles.

Another highlight of the evening will be a spectacular silent auction of music memorabilia, art and donated goods and services from local businesses. Denver's-own DJ Russo will provide music.

The event is limited to 115 people and is expected to sell out in advance.
