Beyond What's Hot in Innovation: Conceptualizing and Capitalizing on Opportunities Away From the Herd

MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge Hosts March 12 Event Showcasing Serial Entrepreneurs Known for Seeing What's There ... Before There's a There There

CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwired - Mar 6, 2014) -  How do some start-ups see pent-up demand for a product or service even before a market exists? How can they envision and excute on an opportunity before venture capitalists and competitors start to chase it? What's the right timing and mix of missionary marketing, business models and monetization?

Gain insight into these and other dynamics by attending next week's MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge Innovation Series Event, Beyond What's Hot: Opportunities Away from the Herd. Highlighting the evening will be an interactive discussion with Happier Co-founder and CEO Nataly Kogan and Tributes.com CEO and President Elaine Haney. Both executives are well-known and widely respected for their abilities to identify new markets before others -- and then turn those visions into realities by founding and growing companies that meet those nascent customer needs.
