BFI Canada Income Fund to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter Results for Fiscal Year 2006

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 23, 2006) - BFI Canada Income Fund (TSX:BFC.UN) will hold a conference call to discuss third quarter results for fiscal year 2006 on Tuesday, November 7, 2006. BFI Canada will issue its third quarter results by press release after the market closes on Monday, November 6, 2006.

The conference call with analysts and investors will begin at 8:30 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, November 7, 2006, during which Keith Carrigan, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Tom Cowee, Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the Fund's financial results for the third quarter.
