BFS Entertainment & Multimedia Limited Announces Change of Auditor

RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 25, 2011) - BFS Entertainment & Multimedia Limited ("BFS") (TSX VENTURE:BFS) of Richmond Hill, Ontario, announces that, effective February 28, 2011, it has changed auditors.

At the request of BFS, Lipton LLP ("Lipton") has resigned as auditor of BFS and Collins Barrow Toronto LLP ("CBT") has been appointed. There were no reservations in Lipton's reports for the two most recently completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued preceding the date of Lipton's resignation. There were also no reportable events between BFS and Lipton or between BFS and CBT.

The audit committee and the board of directors of BFS have approved the appointment of CBT as successor auditor. In accordance with NI 51-102, a notice of change of auditor together with the required letters from the former auditor and the successor auditor have been filed on SEDAR.
