RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 24, 2015) - BFS Entertainment & Multimedia Limited (TSX VENTURE:BFS) of Richmond Hill, Ontario, announces that, effective April 21, 2015, it has changed auditors.
At the request of BFS, Collins Barrow Toronto LLP ("CBT") has resigned as auditor of BFS and MNP LLP ("MNP") has been appointed. There were no reservations in CBT reports for the two most recently completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued preceding the date of CBT's resignation. There were also no reportable events between BFS and CBT or between BFS and MNP.
The audit committee and the board of directors of BFS have approved the appointment of MNP as successor auditor. In accordance with NI 51-102, a notice of change of auditor together with the required letters from the former auditor and the successor auditor have been filed on SEDAR.
