Effective August 19, 2015 and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Elaine Shaw was appointed as a director of BFS. Elaine Shaw is a significant shareholder of BFS and a long term member of BFS management. BFS also announced that Mark Shoniker has resigned as a director of BFS.
