BFS Entertainment & Multimedia Limited Announces Delay of Annual General Meeting and Reclassification to Tier 2 on the TSX Venture Exchange

RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 19, 2015) - BFS Entertainment & Multimedia Limited ("BFS" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BFS) of Richmond Hill, announces that its Annual General Meeting of the shareholders called for Thursday, October 29, 2015 has been postponed to Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time at the offices of BFS. As previously disclosed, BFS is evaluating the impact on its assets from the rapid marketplace shift from DVDs to digital delivery. The Company continues to work with its auditors to file its annual financial statements, accompanying management's discussion and analysis and related CEO and CFO certifications for the financial year ended May 2, 2015 (collectively, the "2015 Annual Financial Statements"). The first quarter interim report for fiscal year 2016 will also be released at that time.

As a result of the late filing of the 2015 Annual Financial Statements, the Company has been reclassified to Tier 2 by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for a minimum of six months. At that time, the Exchange will accept an application to a return to Tier 1 for which BFS intends to apply at the earliest opportunity.
