Biblionix Announces Contributor Tracking for Apollo Automation Service

Donors, Volunteers, and Participants Can Be Tracked and Queried On-Line

AUSTIN, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 7, 2006 -- Biblionix today announced a major new feature to its hosted Apollo Automation Service for small- and medium-sized public libraries. The involvement of volunteers, donors, and other participants can now be easily recorded, queried, and managed. The anguish and frustration that small- and medium-sized public libraries face with using paper files and spreadsheets can now be replaced with joy and comfort.

There are three categories available at the director's discretion. Volunteer hours can be tracked by month. Donations can be recorded individually and noted what has been given and what is pledged. Participation in library events can also be tracked. Plus, this information can be recorded whether or not the contributor is a library card holder.

Accessing the compiled data is fast and flexible. Search criteria include date range, dollar amount, and event name. Results are presented immediately. With flexible password authority over every Apollo feature, the library director easily controls who can access the Contributor data.

Since Apollo is a hosted service, with no installed software, customers have immediate access to this new feature. The next time customers log-on, Contributor Tracking will be available for use as they choose.
