Vendors can access their profile at any time to add contact information, business details (size, ownership, revenue, financial data, etc.), capability summaries, credential documents such as licenses, and insurance information.

Using the Vendor Management Portal, agencies can search these profiles to identify qualified and certified vendors, and can assign performance ratings to vendors based on contract compliance or other metrics. Agencies can also provide vendors with specific registration or qualification criteria, and vendors can submit required data, documents or certifications directly through the Portal. The new Vendor Management Portal allows agencies to access a larger pool of qualified vendors and enhances tracking of metrics such as diversity qualifications and other program-specific purchasing goals.
