Big Fuel Named Social Agency of Record for T-Mobile USA

The agency was awarded the business after a competitive review. As Social Media Agency of Record, Big Fuel will lead the development of T-Mobile's overarching social strategy, the implementation of robust social media analytics, the integration of social into existing MarCom efforts, brand channel oversight, the ongoing development of relevant and exciting content, and the activation of social media within their network of retail locations around the country.
