HOLLYWOOD, CA--(Marketwire - November 4, 2009) - Big Screen Entertainment Group, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS : BSEG ) CEO Kimberley Kates has announced the engagement of The
Krueger Group, LLP as the company's new corporate securities counsel to
assist Big Screen in its public filings as a publicly-traded company, as
well as with ongoing business matters.
The Krueger Group, LLP is a corporate securities law firm based in Southern
California which specializes in private and public mergers and
acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate securities regulatory
matters on behalf of issuers, underwriters, broker-dealers, investment
funds and financial intermediaries.
Blair Krueger, the Managing Partner of The Krueger Group, LLP, is a
graduate of Georgetown University Law Center who has over 20 years of
experience in securities regulatory matters affecting small-cap and
micro-cap public companies. Big Screen has designated Mr. Krueger to serve
as the company's outside general corporate counsel. Additionally, Mr.
Krueger has substantial experience in international trade matters,
specifically among the U.S., Canada and South and Central America.
