HOLLYWOOD, CA--(Marketwire - October 20, 2009) - Big Screen Entertainment Group (PINKSHEETS : BSEG ) is proud to announce that its new documentary, "William Shatner's
Gonzo Ballet," has won the Best Documentary award at the prestigious
Marbella International Film Festival in Marbella, Spain. "Gonzo Ballet" won
over an impressive field of documentaries from all over the world.
The film received a red carpet premiere at Cines Gran Marbella, and an
overwhelmingly enthusiastic response from fans, international press and
governmental officials. The festival describes "Gonzo Ballet" as an
"avant-garde documentary that chronicles the quest to create a new ballet
based upon Mr. Shatner's critically acclaimed album, 'Has Been;' an
aesthetically beautiful piece that seamlessly unites classical dance and
contemporary music in our own post-modern culture." The film also features
an interesting array of musicians, including Ben Folds, Henry Rollins, Joe

The Best Documentary award was announced at a gala awards dinner at
Novelli's, owned by famed chef Jean Christophe Novelli, in the Lorcrimar
Hotel on Sunday, October 4th. In attendance were William Shatner, his wife
Elizabeth (whose digital photography is featured in the film) and Big
Screen's president, David Zappone.
Next up for "Gonzo Ballet" is the Canadian premiere, sponsored by A&E
Television Networks, at DocFest Stratford. The film will open the festival
on Thursday, October 22nd, at the Avon Theatre. Ticket information is

festival city of Stratford, appearing with the Shakespeare Company there
over 50 years ago.
