Biggest Tech Event in Midwest Announced: MCPc NKO

Leading Technology Consultancy & Integrator, MCPc, Announces Speakers and Details of the Biggest Tech Event in the Midwest

CLEVELAND, OH--(Marketwired - November 20, 2013) - MCPc has announced the speakers and details surrounding its 2014 National Kick Off (NKO), the most important information technology event in the Midwest.

MCPc will be hosting the NKO at the historic Renaissance Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio, spreading over 5 days, from an opening reception on Sunday, January 5th, and continuing through Thursday, January 9th.

"The speaker series will be the most robust the Midwest has ever seen," said Jed Ayres, MCPc's senior vice president of partner management and marketing. "You would need to attend a manufacturer's global conference for an experience even close," he said. Ayres continued to describe how events like VMworld, Cisco Live!, or the Microsoft World Conference have value in terms of depth on a single manufacturer, but what MCPc has assembled is unique in its breadth across whole solution sets with multiple manufacturers.

"This is tangible value to our clients," said Mike Trebilcock, chairman and chief executive officer of MCPc, "that's why we're doing it. That's why we're bringing these fantastic speakers and partners into Cleveland in a couple of months -- it's for our clients' benefit." Trebilcock went on to describe the setting of the Renaissance Hotel as "classic" and "perfectly suited for an event this exciting." MCPc has worked with its partners to bring high-level, relevant messaging to its clients, particularly at the enterprise level. "The outcome from the NKO for our clients and employees will be a deeply enriched understanding of technology today -- and going forward. That sounds lofty, but it is the reality. We are enthusiastic to bring this benefit to our clients and the technology community of the Midwest."

The 2014 NKO will be hosted by Doug Keeley, inspirational speaker and leadership guru. From the technology sector, the NKO Speaker List includes:

  • Carlos Dominguez, Senior Vice President, Cisco Systems
  • Tom Mendoza, Vice Chairman, NetApp
  • Curtis Hutcheson, Vice President and General Manager, Dell
  • Steve Lalla, Vice President & General Manager for Cloud Client Computing, Dell
  • Sanjay Poonen, Executive Vice President & General Manager, End-User Computing, VMware
  • Sue Barsamian, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Indirect Sales, HP Enterprise Group
  • Al Monserrat, Senior Vice President, Sales and Services, Citrix

These speakers will be available for registered guests and clients on Thursday, January 9th in a series outlining the path of where technology is heading.

Sections of the NKO will pertain exclusively to MCPc's employees, where they will have an opportunity to network and collaborate at this national summit of MCPc associates. Other sections will feature presentations from MCPc's partners in the technology industry, including Dell, Cisco, HP, Comstor, and Lenovo.
