Bill Davis Optimistic About Second Half of Season for Jeremy Mayfield and 360 OTC/TSXT NASCAR Nextel Cup Series Racing Team

ATHENS, GA--(Marketwire - July 11, 2007) - Three Sixty, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TSXT). Though the 2007 season has been more of a challenge than driver Jeremy Mayfield or anyone on the No. 36 360 OTC™/TSXT Racing team could have imagined, team owner Bill Davis stands certain the team is on the brink of a real turnaround. With two of Mayfield's best tracks up next on the schedule and the fact that the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series will spend the vast majority of the remainder of the season at tracks on which it has already visited, the future looks much brighter for Mayfield, 360 OTC™, TSXT and the Bill Davis Racing team.

"Obviously we would have liked to come out of the box stronger with Toyota and Jeremy and the entire 360 OTC™/TSXT Racing team," said owner Bill Davis. "But, we knew going in that success wasn't going to come overnight and that it would take a lot of hard work and dedication to get the program rolling. We have all the right tools to get this thing turned around, we just have to put them all together and make it work. We've seen some positive results here in the last couple of weeks and we think that it's certainly a sign of good things to come."

This weekend Mayfield and 360 OTC™/TSXT team will head to Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois to begin the second half of the 2007 Nextel Cup campaign. This track is a place Mayfield has run well in the past as evidenced by his three top-10 finishes in six starts on the 1.5 mile speedway.

After wrapping things up at Chicagoland, Mayfield's Bill Davis 360 OTC™/TSXT Racing team will make the trip to the famed Indianapolis Speedway, another venue at which Mayfield has posted impressive numbers and enjoyed a great deal of success. In his twelve previous races, Mayfield has an average starting position of 14.4, his second highest average of any of the tracks the Series visits. Mayfield has backed his stats with several good runs at The Brickyard, including a fourth-place effort two years ago.

Following the next two events the Series will spend much of the remainder of the season revisiting tracks at which Nextel Cup competitors have already seen once this year, no doubt something the team welcomes.

Jeremy Mayfield stated, "I'm really looking forward to going to Chicago; it's been a great race track for me in the past. We had a great car at Daytona and I was really bummed about not getting to race, but that's been the tone for the first half of the season. We've gone through the growing pains of a new team, sponsor and manufacturer. BDR and Toyota are trying hard to figure out the balance of the new Camry and I am excited that 360 OTC has their product on the shelves at CVS/Pharmacy, Walgreens. Meijer and TARGET and their stock is now trading publicly under the ticker symbol TSXT. We all look forward to a fresh start at Chicago."

Adding to the excitement of the second half of the season, the No. 36 sponsor 360 OTC™ will launch its 360 OTC™ Hangover Relief, 360 OTC™ Hangover Lite, 360 OTC™ Ibuprofen, and 360 OTC™ PM. "The 360 OTC™/TSXT race team, Bill and Gail Davis, Jeremy Mayfield and our overall involvement in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series has allowed us to obtain permanent shelf space in CVS/Pharmacy, Meijer, Walgreens, and TARGET. This year has been a struggle for all parties involved with the No. 36 car but we are confident the second part of the season is going to be great for everyone. Bill and Gail Davis are two of the greatest individuals this company has ever worked with and Jeremy is an excellent driver. We are behind this team 100% and are excited to go through the growing pains of being one of the first Toyota teams in the sport," stated Michelle Shearer, CEO of Three Sixty, Inc., publicly traded under the stock symbol "TSXT," and its wholly owned subsidiary Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc.

Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc. launched its 360 OTC™ brand in February, at the start of the 2007 NASCAR Nextel Cup season, with presence in over 11,846 stores nationally. Ms. Shearer stated, "launching a new company with a new product line, being part of a new car manufacturer in the sport and going public all in one year is a great feat and accomplishment for 360 OTC™, TSXT, Toyota, Bill Davis Racing and Jeremy Mayfield."
