CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - September 9, 2009) - As part of its worldwide expansion effort,
Binswanger is pleased to announce that Sean Lyons, Shaun Buss and Ryan
Tobias have been appointed as Vice Presidents, and will operate out of its
Chicago office. They will work closely with Rich Plonsker, Executive Vice
President and Managing Director, Midwest Region, a well-respected, 24-year
industry veteran in the region, who heads the Midwest region. Their
primary responsibility will be commercial and industrial real estate
transaction activity for clients in the metro market. A forceful and
long-time player in Chicago, Binswanger has worked with numerous
prestigious corporate clients in Chicago including Motorola, Kohler,
Bissell, Inc., Shell, Morton International, Boeing, Medline Industries,
Videojet Technologies, Rotella Capital Management, Illinois Tool Works,
among others.
Sean Lyons, Shaun Buss and Ryan Tobias bring invaluable expertise to
Binswanger garnered from their extensive experience in the Chicago area. In
addition to spearheading investment projects, the three will work with
Plonsker in strategic consulting and transaction work with a focus on
Binswanger's pioneering industry-specific Special Projects Groups -- Life
Sciences, Technology, Distribution, Food and Automotive -- cultivating a
new level of strategic real estate.

Prior to joining the Binswanger, Messrs. Buss, Lyons and Tobias were
