Binswanger Named Exclusive Agent for the Sale/Lease of Three Industrial Buildings Located in Poplar Bluff and Boonville, Missouri

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2015) - Binswanger has been named exclusive agent by Nordyne, LLC for the sale/lease of three single-story industrial buildings in Missouri. The properties are as follows: 1747 Cravens Road in Poplar Bluff -- 720,000 sq. ft. on 33 acres; 2501 Boonslick Drive in Boonville -- 250,000 sq. ft. on 18.47 acres; and 1620 Mid-American in Boonville -- 150,000 sq. ft. on 17.54 acres.
