DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - September 18, 2009) - Binswanger is pleased to announce that it has been named exclusive agent for the sale of National Semiconductor Corporation's, two-story, 441,362 sq. ft., high-tech complex on an expandable 71 acres. The property is located at 1111 W. Bardin Road in Arlington, Texas.

This outstanding complex includes a total of 56,000 sq. ft. of Class 1-10 clean rooms, capable of being expanded to approximately 73,000 sq. ft.
