BioCardia, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering


SAN CARLOS, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 16, 2015) - BioCardia, Inc., a clinical-stage regenerative medicine company developing novel therapeutics for cardiovascular diseases with large unmet medical needs, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the proposed initial public offering (IPO) of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. In connection with the proposed IPO, BioCardia has applied to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "BCDA."

Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is acting as the sole bookrunner for the proposed offering. Roth Capital Partners and Maxim Group LLC are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
