Bion Retains Premier Media Services as Investor Relations Counsel

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - December 10, 2007) - Premier Media Services, Inc. announced today that Bion Environmental Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: BNET) has retained Premier to design and implement a strategic corporate awareness campaign.

Bion's business model and technology platform uniquely position the Company to exploit a tremendous opportunity in the multi-trillion dollar agribusiness sector. Bion's technology dramatically reduces the air and water pollution from livestock and allows the Company to permit and develop large-scale livestock facilities that have little environmental impact. Large scale creates value by enabling the production of considerable renewable energy and other co-products from the waste stream. Large scale creates the opportunity to integrate livestock with biofuel production in an efficient closed-loop system that significantly increases profitability. Bion is currently focused on developing a $200 million state-of-the-art Project in St. Lawrence County, New York, comprised of 84,000 beef cattle balanced with a 42 million gallon per year ethanol plant that is anticipated to produce approximately $45 million in annual EBITDA.

"We believe 2008 will be a banner year for Bion as they roll out their cutting-edge technology and business model," said Kelly Black, President of Premier Media Services. "The Company's application of cleantech principles to modern day agribusiness represents an opportunity that both the agriculture industry and the world can truly benefit from. Bion's current valuation, coupled with the impact of just one of these Projects, represents the potential for exceptional returns. We at Premier will do our best to help Bion communicate this message."

Craig Scott, Bion's Vice President -- Capital Markets/Investor Relations, stated, "Premier offers capabilities that fit well with Bion's goal to increase awareness of our Company throughout the investment community. Over the next few months, we will be moving forward with several initiatives including our first Integrated Project in upstate New York. We intend to create maximum shareholder value by communicating our progress in a timely and reasonable manner to a large and targeted audience. We look forward to working with Premier to accomplish that."

About Bion: Bion's patented technology platform largely mitigates the environmental impacts of livestock facilities, such as dairies and cattle feedlots, and significantly reduces the acreage required per animal. The technology enables a substantial increase in scale that allows efficient production of renewable energy and other high value co-products from the waste, resulting in improved economics and profitability.

The ability to permit and develop large-scale livestock operations creates the opportunity to develop integrated agriculture operations: large-scale livestock balanced with highly-efficient biofuel production or other complementary business operations. Integrated Projects will enjoy significant economic advantages over stand-alone operations due to their improved resource and operational efficiencies; their minimal environmental footprint allows them to be permitted and developed in non-traditional locations that maximize market and logistical advantages. Bion has the only technology with verified data to support permitting the new large-scale livestock operations needed to properly exploit this opportunity.
