Bionic Products Retains Beverage Specialty Firm for Its New Energy Drinks Bionic-Tonic and LadyPink

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - June 5, 2007) - Bionic Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BNPD) announced today that they have retained a beverage specialty firm out of Los Angeles to assist with the development and management of Bionic's new product lines. The Firm has expertise in areas of non-alcoholic beverage product formula development and presentation along with brand management, sales, marketing and distribution. This is a definite acceleration in the business model for Bionic Products, Inc. who has been in discussion with this firm for some time. The disclosure of the beverage specialist Firm's name is pending final contractual obligations. According to JD Pulver, Bionic spokesperson, the Firm "has many successful beverages to its credit and we are proud to add our products to their winning portfolio."

The Company will begin distributing "Bionic-Tonic" which is being formulated to appeal to the male gender and is a market segment complement to Bionic's flagship product "LadyPink." LadyPink, formulated specifically for woman, will have less carbonation than Bionic-Tonic with a touch of berry flavor and is chicly packaged to accentuate its very bright pink color. To this end, the beverage Firm will guide Bionic Products in the critical elements of a label design that will display Bionic's trading symbol. Mr. Pulver clarifies, "This simple, widely used technique, if properly and effectively employed, will contribute enormously to promotions and the new brand recognition that a successful product launch requires in the critical first months."

The Company will begin distributing products and expanding its market presence with assistance from the Firm's existing extensive market relationships and current customer base including single and multi-store retail operations, governmental agencies, regional and locally strong distributors, convenience stores, colleges and health centers.
